Beyond the ordinary
Doug is a bowls coach with over 3,000 hours experience. A strategic planner, and club governance specialist who has 6 years' experience on club boards. He also served two years as a member of the Bowls Victoria Club Development & Support Committee advising clubs on change management. As a Head Coach, he has led coaching, development, and strategic initiatives on the green. His background in corporate finance, management and organisational leadership shapes Bowls IQ’s holistic approach to club success.
